Normally, I can think of too many things, or nothing at all, with random prompts like: "Mention something impossible to do."
And then I saw this thread's subject again today, after dealing with an impossible situation.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak common sense and reason to right-wing whack-a-doodles and loony tunes.
I'm thinking back to two or three days ago, and, I gathered two quotes from the same person, in the same thread. These two quotes, from the same person, about the same topic, meant to be about the same viewpoint ... these two quotes were at odds with each other.
When I finished writing, I pointed out that this kind of inconsistent stream-of-consciousness is manic. (As in mania, a psychological diagnosis.)
And, of course, I should have known, there was a retroactive explanation ... followed by more tangential mania and ranting about various things and how everyone is wrong.
I did a literal facepalm, knowing, time and again, that you can't help loony tunes people, no matter how hard you might try, they're loony tunes for a reason.
