I think we need to solve the system of inequalities here:

B+D<200
B+D>122
D-B>18

In my opinion, there are a lot of children on this forum. They should know this better than me)

@natbee56 , I am not a maths genius so I can be wrong but is the number 53,54,55... to 67 for the value of B. That's there should be 15 values for B
