We need an egg one too.

I can imagine looking at a forum post and joyfully and delightfully gasping 'Egg!'

Most needed is a panda ... symbolic of "aw, that's adorable."

Also needed is a yo-yo .... symbolic of "really? Yet again?"

Lichess added Horsey because the horse (knight) is the Lichess logo. And BTW frogs are not related to chess, unlike horses.

In response to #5:

A big ol' heart is no more related to chess than is a panda or a froggy. A heart is giblets, and most days are not St. Valentine's Day.

What do we want? Panda and Froggy.

When do we want it? How 'bout next month. Or perhaps for Christmas. Or, if we insist upon being secular, New Years Day would be fine.

I assume that a froggy would be symbolic of "leaping to a conclusion." Yes, that's needed, since it sometimes occurs.

You're all wrong.

The frog is but a small horsey.

The panda is but a big horsey.

The hippopotamus is but a river horsey.

Lichess, in its infinite and all-encompassing wisdom, has provided us with the six fundamental human truths: agreement, disagreement, laughter, thougt, love and horsey.

Please do not let us fall into blasphemy, spurring adoration of vain icons.

The canon we have been blessed with is, by far, good enough.

how dare you!

as master oogway said (you have clearly not listened to his wisdom!):

bananas are the greatest, but they are not everything

horseys are the bananas here. they are the greatest, but they aren't everything.

pandas, hippos, or froggies ARE NOT horsies!
