If you time travel in the past, then it will change your future as most probally you will interact with the past, changing your future and can make you stuck. And also, we have no proof of the future reaching to us, so we don't know that time travelling is possible.
you can only travel forward in time by travelling at or close to the speed of light. nothing can travel faster than light, which is why you'll never be able to travel backwards in time

we already time travel, when you sleep time passing feels instant right? 8 hours pass like its a couple of seconds.
Same thing in a coma for a couple of years, you dont feel like you spent 4 years alive you feel like its instant.
