Is there something wrong with me or my posts?

Frankly, I find this entire topic sad. This is the result of the trend towards social media-like "likes" and reactions and such. It creates a sad and irrelevant subculture based on ego and based on various group mentalities.

Lichess forums used to be more based on the actual content rather than people saying "why dont I have enough Likes?" and such. Ugh. I wish they'd have implemented the use of bold, italics, underlining, et al., instead of these reactions. Maybe the ability to quote specific parts of other's posts and respond to just that part as well. But they went a different way.
breakdown. sad he couldnt grasp people were actually really giving support.
by the way its not YOUR forum and you dont own anything here (remember that things own you)
@HikusFikus @PaWnBaRiaN we may have different sense of humor but I think your initial comments would have hurt anyone. Now I don't know if you knew when you posted, but Shadow1414 is autistic (that's no secret he posted about it himself). I haven't been in touch with him since them but I do believe you've hurt him deeply.
We all have our beliefs. I believe that "social" media are rubbish. Typing symbols into a machine is without context and thereby null and void. If you want to play virtual blablahouse go ahead, but I'll joke about it and spit it in the face.
@HikusFikus Oh, social media is rubbish and you will spit it in the face (using social medias for doing so)? But did you ask yourself hom much you *enjoy* using social medias to spit in the face thereof? Your splitting really is social media at his core: drama, self-satisfaction, lack of consideration for others. Be honest with yourself, and if you think social media is rubbish then just don't use it, instead of creating an account on a chess website for the sole purpose of posting in the off-topic forum.
