How to find out if your opponent is a cheater

Think u r in a match now , and you found your opponent , is there any way to detect if your opponent is a cheater while in-game , and what to do if he is a cheater? ( in-game )
If they are making moves that make no sense, and only a computer would make. Also if he has a very high win/lose rate.

And taking time for obvious moves
Bruh.. u need to know if he is cheating and then u have to visit this-lichess.org/report
Wait until the cheat-detecter says "cheat detected".

The question was 'How to find out if your opponent is a cheater' not how to report a cheater
#1, According to me I would say that the player is cheating if :-
1.If he/she is taking too much time for almost every move (I am not talking about first 10 moves, cheaters kind of avoid using engine for first 10 moves I think ).

2.If the person is a low rated player(with comparison to your rating) and is playing suspiciously too good moves for a low rated player. If by chance you know him/her well, even know his/her style of playing, and noticed that he/she is playing much better than before.

However, it is best to check computer analysis after the game and also check if the player's moves match with that of what computer is recommending at each move, as it is possible that you are just having an unlucky time or that the player prepared really well for the game and the player is not really cheating.
Hope this helps.
