Sometimes I work overtime. I like two non-alcoholic beers on my long break between, but thats not affordable. Suggestions?

You could always stare blankly into space and think about how your life is ticking away and that every day we're one day closer to death.

That's in a Pink Floyd tune.
I've gotten rather good at the staring blankly into space, I like to pick a coordinate on the facing wall and stare at it. Focusing on a fly that landed on the wall is also good.
@clousems do economists ever stare blankly into space?
here in this situation, I would suggest to the authorities that they give me a completely free weekend and would recommend going fishing or somewhere out of town. Before a hard working week, you need to go out into nature. if you have work at 8, then a half-hour run would ideally fit before it. and in extreme cases, I would go to the authorities and ask about reducing working hours.
go to rest brother!

We mainly stare blankly into graphs
One way to get through a twelve hour workday is to break it up into smaller chunks. Try focusing on completing tasks in two hour increments and taking a short break in between. It's also important to stay hydrated and nourished throughout the day. Make sure to take a lunch break and have healthy snacks on hand. Additionally, try to stay positive and focused on the end goal. Remind yourself why you're working so hard and what you hope to achieve. Lastly, don't be afraid to ask for help or delegate tasks if possible. Remember, it's okay to take breaks and prioritize your well-being during a long workday.
