I feel outdated.Everyone from new genearations play computer games.When they talk abaut themselves ,they even mention wich games they play as if they are telling wich languages they speak or what sports they do.Thats so crazy.Someone past tennager years shouldnt be playing computer games.Music also has changed a lot.Its impossible to understand the lyrics of new generation rap songs.The beats have become crazy too.

Someone past teenager years should be doing whatever brings them joy and does not harm others.

I'd be careful in terms of what you think people "should" be doing. It seems you're perhaps unknowingly gravitating towards Aleister Crowley's maxims: "Do what thou wilt do" and "Love is the law...love under will."

Aleister Crowley
No, no, just basic hedonism, this has nothing to do with this guy.

The girls in my philosophy class claim the I'm like that character "Aleister" from Hazbin Hotel. I can't verify or deny this claim to be true, but something about the jokes definitely make me think it's a reference to me being outdated.

@sushetass
I like books as opposed to computers; I won't allow students to just read the material on pdfs. I like cigars, play piano, I like Ellul's "Political Illusion," my office has somewhat of a steam-punk ambiance, I play chess a at fairly high level; and in terms of the LGBTQ+ community I love referencing the 8 genders in the Babylonian Talmud, 6 genders Jerusalem Talmud, the Native American 'berdache,' and Mesopotamian 'assinu.' This last part, obviously, is not to make fun of the LGBTQ+ community but rather to make reference that NOTHING has changed in human sexual identity history and NOTHING will ever change.
