The fact that you are equating COVID19 with an attack on freedom shows you have no idea what freedom really is.

It can be compared to art, in the fact that there isn't any universal definition of it.
In it's purest form. Freedom is a oxymoron. Because there will always be restrictions, and restrictions are a polarization of freedom.
So how do you decide what is freedom?
An example could be the life of a bird:
It's free to decide whichever direction it wants to fly.
However, it's not free to go wherever it wants to.
It is always bound by restrictions.
Gravity, uplift, wind direction, food access, etcetera.
You may think now, that we ain't birds, and you might argue, that you meant freedom from government restrictions.
But without governmental restrictions, you will have anarchy, which is basically just the unregulated random tyranny of the masses.
Which eventually would turn into a form of government.
What you are really saying, isn't related to freedom at all.
But about politics, and social etiquette, and you use your own interpretation of the word freedom, as a political argument.
By the way, the word "plandemic" isn't even a word.
It's a term for a modern conspiracy theory.
Which claims, basically, that the whole world's population are sheep's, and that every doctor and virologist are either in on it, or just plain incompetent.

You know, if there wouldn't have been such an outbreak of a virus and a crisis in medical infrastructure, there would have been the possibility of coming together and thinking about the importance of both freedom and security, and what is more important. However, I hardly believe that at this time and place, any discussion can arrive from this topic, for there are too many trolls and too many people who can't face such a question in these daring times.
Freedom is something that no longer exists.
