It's normal USA puts the most into the fund because USA is the world's richest country. It goes by GDP.
It's not like you expect Panama to pay the same as USA :)
For the fund, yeah China is doing a lot on it's own, but still, there are poor countries in African and S Am
And I want to help them to reduce not because I care about them, but because I care about myself. It's going to be MY problem if the warming continues to not be under control.

Yes, it is logical that the US pays the most money, but please. China is the second projected GDP and they don't pay anything. Germany is fourth and also pays absolutely nothing. same with Russia, who is 11th. It's ridiculous. again, if we reduce the same amount of carbon emissions in a rich country, than a poorer one - it doesn't matter.
