I read a lot of health articles, too many to list here. I wouldn't even know where to begin in listing health topic ideas, but I often see stories of people improving after life-threatening or degenerative diseases and it being a BIG headline because science doesn't explain such positive health recoveries often.
Here is the basic idea. I believe if you eat a large VARIETY of healthy food with many vitamins and minerals the body needs AND maintain an active lifestyle where you move around during the day instead of sitting still staring at screens for days on end, your body will serve you well. It can repair damage and help you live your best life. Often times what I see in a vast majority of cultures is the indulging of junk foods and the inventions of products to help us be more sedentary and then SHOCKER people get sick.
It is the holiday season. I am prone to sit on my couch and watch movies... I work hard during the year and this is a nice refreshing break. Even still, I make sure I get out and about during the day. Even attended a few dance classes this week just to be sure I keep the cobwebs off.
So... holiday plans for health?
