"mutual genocide" is an apologetic term for the invasion and spits on the graves of the Ukrainian civilians that get killed. w/o civilian casualties its not a genocide imho.
its ok to feel sorry for the russian soldiers (some got recruited out of jail, some were forced entirely). you shouldnt overlook their suffering and death or argue that they deserve it as that would be inhumane. totally understand that. still that term genocide is wrong being used for Russian soldiers.

he's been wearing that uniform for decades as part of the act. and now it's suddenly called "antisemitism". as the US gradually loses this proxy war, just as when it lost the war in Afghanistan, it will flail about with propaganda, which many believe, until facts on the ground expose all the many lies. but many still believe the propaganda deluge from the second Iraq War, and think Saddam had wmd's and was behind 911. no matter how many times the US government lies to you about war, you still believe the next lie. right now it looks like even some of the neocons in the US administration are having second thoughts. see this talk by Fiona Hill, ardent Russiagater and proponent of every war the US has been engaged in in this century, having second thoughts:
