I always wondered
what is the point using of this captcha whenever you have to post a forum??

To prove that you are human.

I thought robots too can solve puzzles but not slower than us humans :) so that time we prove that we are human

They are trying to make us forum posters better at chess with puzzles

most spammers use existing spam bots. these bots might be able to solve simple captchas and be able to circumvent some other methods intended to prevent bot spam. but they are not programmed to solve chess puzzles, since those are only used on lichess. so it's irrelevant that chess engines can easily solve chess puzzles.
