brownie recipe (eggless)

Brownie recipe
Ingredients:
Dry:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1⁄4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• ½ tsp baking powder
• 1⁄4 tsp salt
Wet:
• ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
• 3⁄4 cup whole milk
• 1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional:
• 1⁄3 cup chocolate chips or chunks (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC). Line or grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a small bowl, mix 3⁄4 cup milk with 1 tsp vinegar. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, combine melted butter, the milk-vinegar mixture, and vanilla extract.
  5. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 28–32 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  9. Cool before slicing

The reason I did it eggless is because I’m lactose intolerant-vegetarian which means I don’t eat meat or eggs but can have dairy

I just tried this recipe here and seem to have created a "Burnie", I guess I'll just be having my cake and not eating it. :).

Mind you, all that Whiskey instead of milk will lower ones inhabitions, causing consumers to come out of their shells. :).
