Well, because you have the info and advice. @shadow1414 if you want emotional help see a doctor. Try it. You'll be nervous at first ,but they can help you.

There's only so much we can do by posting in this thread. Like (@) Yalturkmani stated in #55, you have a lot of "advice" here. Get fresh air, seek doctors or therapy, keep yourself busy, etc. There's only so much we can "help" or try to find solutions to your problems.

2) it is okay
3) build/find/take advantage of a good support group (family/friends/mentors)
4) enjoy your time
5) problems will get solved, take it easy
6) appreciate the beautiful stuff (mathematics - philosphy - theoretucal physics - astrophysics)
7) find something you enjoy
8) set a target (large or small) and achieve it (keep a google spreadsheet of your failures and successes and why)
9) dedicate 5 minutes a day for writing about stuff you are grateful that they happened to you today
