Any advice for an autistic person with(most likely) depression. Asperger. and anxiety?

Happy Music is good for the soul. Kpop is making millions happy. Only Risk... You become Infatuated with one of the idols like me. LOL
I MEAN IT. And a JOKE helps a depressed, distressed person. Seriously, serious persons can't help him.
Pet Therapy is effective. But don't get a Cat. A Cat can burn the house ☺️
@shadow1414 I have some suggestions:
1. Try something new. It doesn't matter what it is, just try anything new.
2. Don't do the same thing all the time. Similar to #1, but when you do something(etc. Weekly fun) try to make it different. This has helped me enjoy moments better and lets say you do 3 activities: 1, 2, and 3. Don't do Activity 1 all the time. Be balanced.
3. Think of your positive instead of other's negatives. Everyone does it, including myself. Just try to not do it.
4. Spend time with loved ones and be social. It may be hard due to COVID-19, but try it.
5. Talk about your feelings. This is probably the hardest, and I understand why you don't want to see a therapist. Don't worry, they won't judge you. Just talk about your feelings and let them go. Don't keep them inside.
6. Think about the future, not the past. But make sure not to get too stressed. Make a simple plan for part of your life, and if you want to think about the past, think of good moments, and be thankful for them. By far the second hardest.
7. Make simple but new experiences. This has 2 benefits. First, you will gain experience. So, if it happened again, you'd know what to do. Let's say you're eating a pepper for the 1st time. It would feel hotter the 1st time than the 2nd. Second, you would gain memories.
8. Do your hobbies. That simple.
9. Make new hobbies. Similar to #1 and #7, but it's a hobby. Make sure it's a good one though.
10. PLAY CHESS
It might help you, because it is a hobby, so just PLAY CHESS and HAVE FUN.
It's Normal to reject things which is helpful to him. If he really dislike Me, Block Me.
Just be yourself. If u try to denied who u r, or set to much goal, depression would follow...
