White cannot win

Hi! Why the result of the game the victory was awarded white? It seems to me that this position should be a draw

And who is out of time cannot prove anything, like the usual „I never would have played this!“

IMHO even a +1 second/move increment could have avoided this (although unfortunately, the lobby doesn't have a "5+1" common setting).
