So, well, there is a user, and he's spamming in my inbox. Thing is, he's already chatbanned, and so, when I was offline, he messaged me with all kinds of trash messages and blocked me. When I came to Lichess, I happened to see his messages, and they were pure shocking.
He's calling one of my friends a chicken and a coward, and another a scammer, because my friend had informed me that this user wanted to take over my team. Also, he called me the "queen of stupidness" and "annoying idiot".
He told me, "Report my account, it'll get banned, then I'll make a new one and annoy you from there."
I don't know what to do! Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
Report him and block him, include the messages in the report and maybe suggest he gets IP banned, and most importantly, set "Let other players message you" to "Only friends" in https://lichess.org/account/preferences/privacy
That same user called me annoying!!
I blocked PMs for reasons way less severe than this ...

I don't get spammed by random users as I have disabled chat by those who haven't messaged me before!

report him/her and then block him/her
The problem still persists. I reported that user a million times but Lichess doesn't do anything. I block him, and somehow he gets unblocked *weird*. And I just finished an argument with him. He's calling my friends cowards and scammers, and I'm telling him to keep quiet and reporting him, and I just blocked him, he blocked me right back, but not without a spew of rude words at me.
