Swiss tournaments are on Lichess

@elkabut
No lo creo. No hay planes para extender las vueltas durante varios días. ¿Dónde está el problema de jugar un torneo de una vez?

¡Espero que la traducción al español sea correcta! Si no, lo volví a escribir en inglés:

I do not think so. There are no plans to spread rounds over several days. Where's the problem of playing a tournament in one go?
#361 He probably wants a classical time control, where one go does not fit.
@odoaker2015
hello, it is to be able to make Swiss long games type 60 + 30 or 90 + 30 or similar
and of course I will not fit in a day
that's why it's the idea
Thank you
@elkabut Okay. I'm afraid there's nothing you can do about it. Unfortunately, you will have to try a different time control for your tournaments.
So I see the pairings are Dutch Swiss, but the points groups are sorted by first SB and then TPR. For the standings that's fine.
But it appears for round 1 the pairing is first half vs second half, with the group sorted by who entered first instead of rating. Is that correct? If so, then the TPR is a bit weird after round 1, and because there is still no decisive SB ranking at that point, the pairing for round 2 is pretty random as well. Like I said yesterday, we've had great tournaments, but this is a case I kept wondering about and I found it hard to explain to other members.
@elkabut
I just saw that it is possible to set a date manually for each round.
EDIT: Only for the first round, not for all rounds in advance. But I suppose you can always set the date for the next round to be played. Has anyone tried this?
Thank you! lichess is incredible!!!
I just rode a Swiss to play only on Saturdays
I will tell you the experience
Tomorrow I will mount one daily to see how it is
As I understand, "interval" means the timespan from the finish of the last game in a round to the start of next round. But I found "1day" in the selection list....does this mean exactly 24 hours from the START of the previous round? If so, which definition applies to which timespan?
