If you run Windows XP before SP3, the only good solution is to upgrade or install a new operating system.
If you run Windows XP SP3, you can use www.waterfox.net/, a fork of Firefox with support for Windows XP, because it does not rely on the operating system certificate store.
If you run Windows 7, you can use Firefox, because it does not rely on the operating system certificate store.
If you run iOS before version 10, the only good solution is to upgrade or install a new operating system.
If you run MacOS before 10.12.1, you can use Firefox, because it does not rely on the operating system certificate store.
