refund points

Hello, I played against a guy who was convicted of cheating, but I never got the rating refund D:. I lost 2 games and 22 points as he was 500 below me. Why did i not get a refund? :(

@gavity , maybe when cheater were detected you had more rating than before the games against cheater?

The same thing happened to me, and they never gave me back the points, the funny thing is that days after losing the game, I played with the same cheater again! (I knew it because they had a very similar name) and I lost again! but this time the points were returned to me, here are the two games i lost:


I would recommend you to keep reporting the guy and explain your situation to the mods in the report

no i actually have much less rating now.
