Hi,

I had a problem when I was playing blitz arena 3+2, I was premoving in the end of the game, but still was not given additional time and I lost the game on time. Can somebody explain me what actually happened? Is this a glitch or something? I'm very sad about this situation, so please explain me what is all about.

you beserked. Beserking removes increment.

this one is easy , there are just 2 possibilities

1: you did berserk so u lose your increment

2: you did have some connection issue

Anyway it's a good game. We need more awareness about time
once we berserk.

I didn't know that if you berserk your increment is removed. It wasn't written anywhere and it makes no sense. If you berserk you should get half of the increment or at least you should be informed by the popup that you're losing your increment.

Actually it is specified in the tournament page before this starts. It is also specified that some time controls are immune to this rule (I don't know why).

Arena Berserk
When a player clicks the Berserk button at the beginning of the game, they lose half of their clock time, but the win is worth one extra tournament point.

Going Berserk in time controls with an increment also cancels the increment. (1+2 is an exception, it gives 1+0)

Berserk is not available for games with zero initial time (0+1, 0+2).

Berserk only grants an extra point if you play at least 7 moves in the game.
