No more Pepe ..?

Please add the pepe frog & amogus flairs back. That means no more need in flair, at least for me =(

I believe that they were removed for copyright reasons and therefore won't be added.

On the pepe flairs, I think (just guessing) that they are discord-exclusive.

Among us related flairs (and some others) were taken down because of copyright issues.

If you read this you may understand why Lichess got rid of it (use by the alt-right, ...).

Come on, this is just an enemy takeover. It has no alt-right origin so I don't see anything wrong with it.

And which takeover is okay and which not and where is the crossing line? I wouldn't like the thought of the nazi swastika being just a enemy takeover, but that example is a bit extreme, of course...

I think it should be common sense that Pepe is not beyond the crossing line. We're using him at Discord (including the Lichess server) and Twitch without worries

Also I'd like to understand why copyright issues matter when using emotes as username flairs on this site but not when using them on social media platforms.

Lichess Discord is not self-hosted, no one's going to copyright strike random emojis on a chat room. Lichess website, on the other hand, flairs are images stored on their source code github.com/lichess-org/lila/tree/master/public/flair, which are prone to copyright.
