New option for takebacks?

Was just wondering: Would it be possible to add another option for takebacks that are clearly just misclicks, not blunders (sometimes hard to distinguish, I know). Takebacks are not a part of the onboard game, but online mistakes do happen especially when playing on smaller screens, so I keep takebacks on for that purpose. I don't like when my or my opponent's game is ruined by a clumsy touch. Also confirming each move, while safer, is not very user friendly, especially in fast games.

This could be implemented e.g. by making it possible to request takeback within three seconds after one has moved. In that time misclick can be spotted and the takeback button pressed also in app. After that time, takeback request would not be possible anymore. Also the approval could be time limited, e.g. it must be done within ten seconds or so. This would prevent the tactical use of takeback requests, where one can get his/her time back after approving. This way this would solely serve the purpose to undo accidental touches that would possibly spoil the whole game. The takeback could even be restricted in a way that after takeback only the originally moved piece can be moved. Because it was touched in the first place.

Any chance for such feature?
No.

The majority of players is considering this takeback monkey business bonkers.

Sorry for the harsh words but one has to say (although I have nothing to say, strictly speaking).

my think is this too
If I misclick and my position is hopeless afterwards I resign. Period.
A takeback is ruining the game even more than the worst blunder ever.
Even in the OTB chess, there are lots of other rules that sometimes gets violated. For eg. Touch-move rule. I think that mouse slips, bad internet connection, etc are a part of the online game.

I would argue that once a player has made a move - which they didn't even try to make - then that is ruining the game.

Apologies accepted ;) I don't like the current version either. I just played a game where an opponent made a decisive blunder and only after I had taken the queen, he asked for a takeback, i.e., "please let me rethink, didn't spot your rook". Didn't accept as it was a clear mistake and I wouldn't expect mercy myself. Especially frustrating are those players who want to take back their every other move. I have only met few but it can get really irritating. I'd like to get rid of those situations without disabling takebacks entirely as I find they have their use.

However, this is not to meant to be discussion about if takebacks in general are ok or not, or does somebody use them or not (the forum already has its fair share of them), but if it would be possible to improve that feature for moves like Kf8 instead of 0-0 etc. where accidental touch/click might ruin the game (takeback haters could turn it off, too, of course).
