Mobile premove loses time

I've suspected it for a while, but couldn't "prove" it until my most recent game: The clock in the mobile (Android) app incorrectly ticks down significantly when a premoved move is made. I had 0.2 seconds showing on my clock and had mate premoved for at least a second, but I still "lost" on time after my opponent moved (and my premoved move was still legal but not made). In the past, I have seen numerous games where I though I had premoved every opening move but still the clock was :57 in bullet after four moves or so. FWIW, I have never noticed any lag in these games.

Can this please be fixed? I would consider this the biggest bug in the mobile app since it puts mobile players at a significant disadvantage against web players in short time controls and makes it impossible to compete at one's real rating in bullet.

On a related note, is there any way to see when analyzing a game how much time each player had? All I can find is the "Move times" tab, which doesn't show it (and which is rounded to the half second anyway, making it not much use when looking at bullet games).
Would that not be the ping issue? The delay of your net response?

For the mobile version, how can you choose a game from the graph or the list? I cannot find such function. So this would be the biggest bug for me. You can create a game and wait for someone to choose it, but cannot choose quickly a game offered by another user. Correct me if I am wrong.
