Losing points after winning on time

i just won on time but it says draw and my opponent got +1 point and i got minus 4 does anone nows why

It's a draw according to FIDE rules. For a win on time, you must have a theoretical way to checkmating your opponent.
You lost points for the draw because you were higher rated.

No, you did not. In fact, it clearly states "Draw by time".

Running out of time is not the same as winning / losing on time.

Note that the implementation is a bit limited in regard to more complex positions, see lichess.org/faq#timeout
