So Lichess often doesn't show me that a game has started (playing on phone without using other apps between games) and thus I lose many tournament games without making my first move.The funny part is that instead of the problem being fixed I also get a warning for "sandbagging"...
I encountered a similar issue some time ago, although that was around the time there was a DDoS attack on the site. I suggest you select "Appeal a warning" option and mention your observations as to why you weren't able to make your move in those games in the appeal text, being as clear as possible.
