@Sarg0n Perhaps, given that some people may unintentionally use analysis/forget to close a tab/etc, the analysis screen could display a warning if there's a game in progress that they should close it immediately, or just refuse to load it?

Just dont analyze the same game position in lichess's analysis board. Its fine. You really have to try cheating to detect it. It doesn't even activate until like move 8. You're fine. Just dont cheat.

Sb i was playing against has just lost the game against me although we were still in the opening stages. presumably then the cheating wasn't due to similarity to Machine's moves but due to consulting Stockfish about the position. This was the game; 1. c4 c6 { A11 English Opening: Caro-Kann Defensive System } 2. g3 d5 3. Bg2 Nf6 4. Nf3 Bf5 5. cxd5 cxd5 6. Qb3 b6 7. d3 Nc6 8. Bf4 g6 9. O-O Bg7 10. Rc1 Qd7 11. Ne5 Nxe5 12. Bxe5 Rc8 { Cheat detected. } 1-0

I can't offer specifics but can suggest that common sense applies. We don't ban players without good reason, so please do not cheat, thanks.
