If I take a look at the main page, 31.270 hopeless players are desperately trying to get used to the new version momentarily. Expect 31.000 whining threads in the next few hours...

I think most people are understanding that bugs happen, will be patient that it gets fixed, and still enjoy the site.

I think it is the vocal minority that behaves like children that are the ones crying. I'd welcome all of them going to chess.com, they'll fit in nicely.

I embrace change.... but only when it works.

The forum can be a silly place. Most people are enjoying the game and don't care about posting anything.

Don't let them get to you. There is a lot of elderly and young people that would think v2 is some vegetable fruit drink that was poured on the lichess server.
