Also, @AndEweBar To answer your question in the first place, lichess becomes a safer place to be on and also after the IP address ban as @CHlivelylemon said, they would have to pay money to get back onto lichess and if they're gonna cheat instead of playing properly, I would say that it is not completely worth it...
