Implementation of a Rule

I played a game and it was going to end as draw. But I prefered to wait for my time, due to my opponent's deny of my offer.
It was my turn and I have no piece on the board except the King, and my opponent resigned instead of waiting.

Lichess decided me as the winner but in FIDE rules, it was obvious that it must end as draw.

Could you please check the result of the related game?

you could have made a mistake and lost. So no, it's not a forced draw.
@KunefeFilozofu I know you were white. You could have made a mistake if the game continued and then you would have lost. I know you think that's impossible but so it is. Your opponent was a gentleman/woman. Class act.
@killF7
If I don't have any piece to make a move to checkmate in any case, I cannot win. Even when his / her time was already finished.
But you could have lost! That's the point. What if you're a newbie and moved your king out of the corner. You lose. I know with proper play the game was a draw but in chess you don't get credit for what "should" happen.
