How to punish a blunder?

The analysis says that my opponent blundered with e5:



But I don't see why this is a blunder and how I could have punished my opponent.
Any advice on how I find out why it is blunder?

oh I see it now. He missed to take my pawn on c5. So a blunder is not necessarily that I can punish him, it's also a blunder when he misses a chance.
