I could not report him as his user name and profile URL was an error indication, people use Burp Suite here I know.
The issue was he took time as left the game to come back after a while.

First of all, people may have connection issues, this doesn't mean there is anything suspicious.
In any case, you can report the user via lichess.org/report or by going to their profile page and selecting report in the hamburger menu.
