you are more than welcome. I've watch a few videos of endgame theory, like for instance one pawn ending, but by the time I encounter it in a game, with no practice, I forgot everything. With that kind of list I should get good reflexes.

Does anyone know of a good King+Queen vs King+Rook tutorial?

there are plenty on youtube, those are quite easy, so I guess any video will do. It's based on the opposition principle : force your opponent to put his king just in front of yours, then check it with your queen or rook : he will have to withdraw, and you can advance your king. repeat that till last line : check mate.
