How can I block a user who has account closed status. The idiot keeps creating a new account each time I am blocking the conversation.

Very simple, dear friend. Report him, report at least 3 of the accounts he used. He'll get ALL his accs closed for multi-accounting. Also, you can enable "Only friends" in preferences to keep him from messaging you.

Edit : I actually experienced the same thing, one user just came to my inbox, began to say stuff like "Hi loser", "You're such an idiot", and then I blocked him. He came on ANOTHER account, I blocked that, till I blocked about 10 of his accounts. Finally, I got tired of him and reported him. Five hours later, all his accounts were closed. Whew.

Go to the report form and accuse him for multi-accounting. By the way, I wonder why a lichess user can be so boring...keep creating accounts just for harassing you...

It's cause the user probably has some bad past with OP. No offence, I don't mean to be negative. Perhaps, @bfchessguy might have known a user who was always on his tail and jealous of him, and that user's acc got closed, so he began to tail OP.
The same thing happened to me. I don't remember the username, but I do remember him demanding one of my team's logos, saying, "I want the logo that you created for the team you made." I replied that I hadn't created that logo and I had not created the team. He then posted that logo in his 600+ member team, and harassed me quite a bit in my inbox, and said these exact words, "You are a mean pig and a rude moron and a stupid bull!" I, honestly, was really really horrified, and I blocked him. He came on other accounts and was like, "Can't block me, I got 50+ accs!" He even called my sis @sriyamathur an idiot. I reported him, later a mod came and apologized to me for the inconvenience.
I think, @bfchessguy, you have to do what I did, block and report him, perhaps you may get the user banned.

Its easy, my friend. You have to go and report him and tell at least 3 of his account names, and all his accounts shall get banned. BTW, this has happened to me before. A user had 50+ accounts and he was saying bad things and calling me and my sis names like idiot and fool and bull. We tried to block him, but he came in another acc and called us a name and said that we could not stop him as he had 50+ accounts. We reported, and in a matter of five hours, all accs were closed and no more accounts saying bad things.
Thanks everyone for your answers! I usually will give more than one opportunity to prove that he bad behaviour was only a bad day.
Yesterday after the creation of 3rd accounts I replied you're gonna have to deal with mods and I reported the 3 accounts.

The only thing I'll publicly say, the user was pissed off because of one of the too many off topic threads I posted in. After someone went extreme I called it a day. And looks like only one person in the universe do not understand what calling a day means or why are you sending me PM also means?!
