The official rule is : only one person per account and (usually) only one account per person.
It's not allowed for multiple people to use the same account.
(Make no mistake.
I ain't a moderator or affiliated with Lichess.
So my answer is not an official answer.)
A reason why multiple people sharing the same account is not allowed, is that it will inflict on the ratings.
Multiple people might be on a different level from one another, so sharing would give a disingenuous measurement of the opponents win/loss.
Chess is a game between 2 people, therefore the accounts must be unique.
Else it could be considered sandbagging/cheating.
However, depending on what your account is for, there may be examples where it is permitted.
But not if the account is for playing games.
Perhaps if it is a supervision account, for a chess club, or a Bot account for testing the Bot's AI?
Lichess may permit these?
But Lichess accounts are personal and never for sharing.

Then your comment #1 should have been less confusing. I read it multiple times and I'm still not sure at all what did you want to say.
As for the question in the title, the (obvious) answer is "no, don't".

The answer is a firm "No". Read the relevant part of the TOS, FAQ, and privacy policy.

So, Saint Louis Chess Club has an account that is shared by multiple players for teaching purposes, i was wondering if i could do the same to my online club, but it's a little bit different, Saint Louis is an official chess club and my club is not. I wanna know what am i supposed to do, send an email to lichess organization asking about it?
That is what teams are for
