Bug? Wrong three fold repetitions?

I was playing white in the following blitz game :

1. e4 e5 2. d4 exd4 3. Bc4 Qf6 4. Nf3 h6 5. O-O Nc6 6. e5 Qg6 7. Nxd4 d6 8. Nxc6 bxc6 9. exd6 Bxd6 10. Re1+ Ne7 11. Qf3 Bd7 12. Bf4 O-O 13. Bxd6 Qxd6 14. Nc3 c5 15. Rad1 Bc6 16. Rxd6 Bxf3 17. Rxe7 cxd6 18. gxf3 a5 19. Nb5 Rae8 20. Rxe8 Rxe8 21. Nxd6 Re1+ 22. Kg2 Rc1 23. Bxf7+ Kf8 24. Bg6 a4 25. a3 Rb1 26. Nc4 Ke7 27. f4 Ke6 28. Be8 Kd5 29. Ne3+ Ke4 30. Bc6+ Kxf4 31. Nc4 Rc1 32. Bxa4 Ke4 33. Ne3 Rb1 34. Nc4 Kd4 35. Bb3 g5 36. f3 h5 37. h3 Re1 38. Kg3 Rg1+ 39. Kf2 Rh1 40. Kg2 Re1 41. Nd6 Rb1 42. Nc4 Re1 1/2-1/2

The game ended in a draw because of a "three fold repetitions". Is this a bug? I've learned what's a three fold repetitions and I definitely don't think one occurred at the end.

If you can explain what happened here, this would help, thank you :)

No, this is not a bug. It's just an example of a three-fold where the position is repeated three times, but not in a row. In this game, on black's move 37. ... Re1, then again on 40. ... Re1, then finally on 42. ... Re1 the position is the same, making three total repetitions.
Man I really didn't thing it worked that way. The move Re1 was played after 3 different moves of mine, I wasn't expecting to draw here. :'(
Yeah, the only factor that matters in a three-fold is the position itself, rather than the moves it takes to get there.

Can you send the link to the game?
