Automatically delete account if user doesn't play game in 24 hours

I have seen many Lichess accounts that haven't played 1 game yet. Some are 5 years old. If someone else wants the username, they can't get it because it is being used by an account that hasn't played at all. What do you think?
"Automatically delete account if user doesn't play game in 24 hours"

Are we trying to delete all of lichess?
I'd be pretty pissed off if I made an account, logged off to do other things, tried to log on the next day to play some chess and realize that my account had been deleted.
Why would you make an account if you don't play right away, instead of waiting? And also you can just make the account again.
@learningchesskid3 You'd lose the username you chose; it would be gone forever. You might have created the account to create/take part in studies, do puzzles etc. What business of yours is the reason a user doesn't do this or that in the first n hours of creating an account?

How much resource do you believe is associated with a new account here, and why do you believe it's a problem? You might just as well have suggested "Whatever frequency of backups you use here I was thinking in the shower that you should double it, so on average you'd lose half as much in the event of an emergency?".
Except for occupying a username someone else might want to use I can not see how unused accounts possibly can bother anyone. That you have seen many unused accounts can only mean that you're randomly searching names and for some reason get annoyed when you find an unused account. How that in any way affects you I don't know, but it's hardly something Lichess should care about...
