I have run into several weird occurrences with the Android app that I would like to share. However, sharing screenshots on these forums isn't the most convenient with having to upload them to an external site and then sharing them from there.

Is there an easier way to post a screenshot on here or is there a support email address that we can use?

-> There isn't any easier method than that. Go to imgur. com/upload. You should be able to upload your screenshot and post the link here.
