as long sas you play 1000 bulletgames and have ratings in most variants you never gonna get banned,even when you are using an engine and cauhjt doing so ... even admins say so.

but his overall play quality is not that great, and he's also played quite a lot of 1+0 bullet, keeping a decent rating that makes sense compared to his blitz. of course, there are "automatic players" which allow people to cheat on bullet too, which brings us to my next point..
occam's razor - is it more likely that he's been very carefully "toggling" an automatic engine on and off around his over 7000 bullet games (and blitz too, of course) and carefully also masking his move time consistency and other detection factors, or that he's not cheating?
i think he's just not cheating. i don't think some games with low acp are particularly outstanding, specially if the positions are not too complicated."
so cheaters - play a LOT bullet and use engine only in couple torneys per mopnth and the adminns here support you!
