A word on coaches - their presentation cannot go on like this

I often pondered if hiring one of the many coaches here would work for me. Working with Chessbase DVDs certainly had a very positive effect, but they do not adapt. A coach - once or twice a week - who could work on my preferences and blind spots would certainly help to reach the 2000 FIDE in up to 4 years (now I play around 1700 being a mid-50 so already haunted by a slower mind, dammit). To the point:

The extremely long list of coaches does not help at all to find one for myself. I DO need several filtering options!!

Core filters need to be:
Language and the degree of proficiency in it
Cost per unit, at least cost per hour and if it is a full hour (60min) or unit hour (45min), all other offers as text is okay
Country, as maybe even a personal meeting could be arranged in some cases
Trainer's license present? Which (FIDE, local, whatever helps)
Field of expertise: opening, middle game, end game, repertoire (w/b)
Calendar/Slots: on demand, every wednesday, ....
Age(!) is an issue. Young coaches may have different approaches and teaching styles.
Preferred Level: IM/GM, shooting star youth, ambitious seniors, anyone ....
Payment method: PayPal, bank transfer and so on. Some of them I might not trust (Eastern Disjunction f.ex., BitCoin)

This will boil down the candidates for me. The way it is NOW, all the effort is pointless and has the coaches refresh their offer hourly to stay on top of the list.

What do YOU think?

I guess with that approach you will never find a suitable coach. It is not that straight-forward, my recommendation is trial and error. The effect will be very foggy either way, so just give it whirl. Appreciate their personal circumstances. Good luck!

PS: oder musst Dir halt einen backen!
It is not about finding a suitable coach in the first place. It is about finding those in the vast catalogue of LiChess that I can consider trying out!! I cannot reasonably browse hundreds of pages and take notes really.

All coaches not having a higher proficiency in German or English are out for me. All "foggy" payment methods are out for me. All super expensive coaches are out, just can't afford 100$ a lesson. And so on.

If I THEN have 50 candidates left, I read their written statements and try them out knowing that all other issues are SET.

Yes...now that it's the trendy thing to do. ;) And as I said, I never used one. But if you want to blow your money, go right ahead.
It certainly would help to filter coaches at least by language. It's not useful to browse through coaches that I don't even share a language with.
If you pay for a coach, then you at least help out one chess player.
I would rather spend less money on a book by a top grandmaster than more money on a coach of lesser level.
@MrPushwood , you can't be serious. I have no need for a car, but I can see why they're advertised.
Now, say I was looking for a car, a list of all available cars (from rusted out Pintos to new Lamborghinis), without any means to filter that list, would not be very helpful. @Klappaschlang has an excellent point - we don't want a list at all, we want a database. Perhaps the tutors can chip in to put a few hours of a programmer's time on this. After all, they are advertising a service.
