I was not happy with the difference google said, it was like 1500 Rapid in Lichess is 1100 Fide, but I am 1100 FIDE and 1800, and 1950 on my second account on blitz. I have created this forum to find and compare the difference between our ratings :)
Please clear that this is NOT for thinking someone as lower.

My fide rating is 0 and my lichess rating is 2000. So my fide rating is lower too.
1700-1800 classic fide, it's hard because of many strong kids with low ratings but I'm here 2100+ blitz going for 2200 and 2150 bullet currently going for 2200
Fide 1021(standard)
Lichess blitz - 1729 (highest reached 1745)
Lichess rapid - 1746 (highest reached 1792)
My unrated friend is 2000+ in rapid and 1900 in blitz
My friend who is a 1049 in standard fide is 1900+ in rapid
My friend with standard fide 1099 is around 1700 in blitz
My friend with all three fide ratings around 1200 is 1729 in blitz
I know a lichess user with fide 1387 and lichess rapid 2000 something
I have seen 2 lichess users with lichess rating close to their fide rating
A 1100-1300 fide rated in my school had a lichess rating of around 1950 at one point of time
He is the current U11 state runner up
A schoolmate of mine has a fide rating of 2100 and lichess of 2250 something
My school coach is 1800 in fide and 2300+ in lichess blitz
I think the lichess ratings become at par with fide ratings after 2200
My fide rating is bullet= 1400 and in turkey it is 1394
my best rating in lichess it is 1903 in Rapid :)
Even I am rated 00000000!!!
Rapid is not importhant here cuz of cheaters. They cheat even 5 minute blitz so be careful. Many ways not to be caught.
Opening cheating, complex middle game cheating for couple moves check tactics etc, endgame cheating just seeing what's the plan and moves etc
