I hear this all the time. I even came across a facebook page saying that anyone who supports it is a communist.

I don't understand the conflict? To me it seems really simple to analyze what's happening. You have thibault with his actions of extreme generosity compared to the competition, and the only threat I see is chess24 (nice!) which is comparable.
If people want to criticize this website, how about they don't attack people and their current political opinions and beliefs.

I have actually started looking into communism thanks to this site. Or should I say the trolls as I don't even know if the maker of this site is what they accuse him of. I have read Karl Marx - Communist manifesto and also property is theft. I think this site is great and is doing something amazing for humanity. If you can make a popular chess site for free for everyone then what else can you do as a human? If this site was monetised then I am guessing it would make people very rich. They choose not to. And that is interesting.

Serious question. I hate how this site gets so much hate when it is the best for players. Thibault, you know you could probably be a millionaire with this site. Why did you choose not to? I hope you will answer me as I am genuinely curious.
