I mean it really doesn't matter what white does after Nc3+?? Any legal move gives white an advantage anyway. Now if two computers are playing eachother rook takes makes a lot of sense because it can see 99 moves ahead. For a human however when your opponent blunders, trading queens or inviting them to blunder again is generally better.
So I don't know. I think it's better to simplify a winning position and I disagree with stockfish… But I'm no Magnus Carlsen.
