I don't see it, someone please explain to me how he is altering his rating again? And how exactly is flagging people in hyper-bullet all the time a bad thing? or am I missing something????
Btw here are the games we played together. Any ideas you get from my losses to DST001 in bullet can be ignored as (1) they were all casual games and (2) admittedly I am beyond poor at bullet:

also the fact he gained about 500 points from two opponents is sketchy
