I've found a solution. I've done everything what this page suggests and speed of the game has improved immensely.

Also, be sure to check your start-up services list, and refine what's running in the background, when and why. (Including system-tray stuff.)
Sorry, can't help further, it's been a few years since I've used Windows, but, there are plenty of tutorials on handling clean-up of system tray and start-up services, etc.
And, of course, if you haven't, then, check firewall/router parameters (same idea as local networking stack), clear browser history, ensure there aren't a lot of tabs running with background browser activity, etc...
You may or may not be able to get a browser in Windows to run as fast as a live-boot Linux distro (optimized, little overhead), but happy to hear you were able to give yourself a little boost. (Pat on the back, good job.)
