Why is my rating not increasing

Why I am being paired with 1200 rated players in bullet even though I am 1800 and also my rating is not increasing. My last two games were vs 1200 players. Is my account flagged or something.

I would highly recommend you to tell the truth in lichess.org/page/appeal....
you would face consequences if you dont

click on the appeal link, go to the appeal page. they will tell you what happened.
then you have two roads, either to accept ur mistake or deny it.
Just be truthful
