To my knowledge the best player at tactics (fairly) is FM @lefonghua

Nope, they all have Q marks.

I think once your rating gets sufficiently high, the question marks appears there for some reason. I recall @thibault saying something about it/needs to be fixed. Even when I was doing several hundred puzzles a day, the question mark was there.

I think GM Mircea Parligras (@mircica) has the highest puzzles rating (3144).
