No. There's also no rule that prohibits anyone, including Lichess in the form of a temporary ban, from telling you that you are a dick.

Well, I understood, to be banned it's enough that someone decided you are bad. It's even not neccessary to break any rule.

@Snuffington since there is no rule that prohibits you to insult people, there is no rule that prohibits me to insult you and say that:
Dick is your father.

We need someone who actually knows FIDE rules though. Probably there's a rule against bad sportsmanship. Of course, rules against bad sportsmanship are underrated in online chess community, because you can always checkmate your opponent whether they want it or not. But in other games, for example go or baduk, where game ends when both players agree that there's no useful moves left, it's much more important.

@ShAlexander FIDE rules are irrelevant. What is relevant is what Lichess considers time-wasting and poor sportsmanship.

I get so mad when i put a challenge out and then someone accepts the challenge and then they wont make a move i have had Justicebot under his farmville account click on one of my challenges while i was white i made a move and he just sat there doing nothing like 40 minutes later he still did not make a move so i aborted the person who turn it is and if they do not make a move in my opinion is they are the ones at fault as it is their turn :)

Consistently doing this (running out your time in a lost position) can result in you being banned.
