@Ishankb it is Sicilian Dragon not Cicilian Dragon.
my favorite openings for black are the sicilian dragon and the duras gambit but I don't usually play them and for white i usually do italian but once in a while I do mieses opening reversed rat.
My favorite openings are Two Knights Defense or Fried Liver Attack
with whites: e4 (italian game against e5, grand prix against the sicilian, indian defence against the french, the advance variation with h4 in the caro kann and the yugoslav aginst the pirc)
with blacks: the scandinavian portuguese gambit (1.e4 d5 2. exd5 nf6 3.d4 Bg4!?) against 1.e4, the ACG against QG, the Dutch against other d4 lines and the grand prix against the english

I like scotch game and Sicilian defense.
@Ishankb I play the dragon too as black but I don't like it much because it is sharp and dangerous for both sides. What I like is playing against the French defense as white.
I have first learn the closed ones, so I'd say Queens Gambit. But lately I have been discovering more of them, though books and such.
This for example, www.chessable.com/smithys-opening-fundamentals/course/21302/. It's¨ great to learn more of them.
